All products and services provided by English Speaking Sathi are non-refundable.
Since we offer digital products, recorded courses, and live classes, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy.
Once a purchase is successfully completed, no refunds, no cancellations, and no exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Live Class Subscriptions
- Recorded Courses
- Online Digital Courses
- PDFs, Worksheets & Study Materials
- eBooks
- Digital Downloads
- Any other Digital or Educational Product
2. Live Classes
Fees paid for live classes are non-refundable, even if:
- You miss a session or fail to attend
- You experience technical issues on your end
- You are unable to continue the course
- You change your mind after purchase
We may provide class recordings (if included in your package), but this does not qualify for any refund or cancellation.
3. Digital Products (PDFs, eBooks, Downloads)
All digital products are delivered instantly or within a short time after purchase.
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Recorded Courses & Online Programs
Access to recorded courses is given immediately or within a short time.
Since access is provided digitally, we do not offer refunds after purchase.
5. Payment Issues
If you are charged multiple times by mistake or face a duplicate payment, please contact us with proof of payment.
We will verify and resolve the issue by either:
- Adjusting your access, or
- Providing a refund for duplicate payments only
Note: Refunds for duplicate transactions are processed only after verification.

If you face technical issues accessing your product, please contact us.
We will help you with:
- Login assistance
- Course access
- Download issues
Technical difficulties do not qualify as refund grounds, but we will support you until resolved.
7. Unauthorized Purchases
We are not responsible for unauthorized or accidental purchases made under your account.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
